Orders: All orders are processed immediately. You can check the status of an order by emailing us at [email protected]
Payments: We accept credit cards, money orders, personal checks as our methods of payment. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
Shipping: Items are shipped upon receipt of a cleared payment. Usually within 24-72hrs, although it could take 10 business days. We will email tracking information when we ship an order. Our primary carriers are Fedex and UPS although occasionallywe use other carriers.
Privacy: We only use any information we collect from you to process and ship orders. We never share your information with others.
Returns: We have a 30 day return policy. Merchandise must be returned in working order. Please email us prior to returning so that we can give a return authorization. There is a 10% restock fee on all returns.
